1. OUR JEWELRY
Is Bax jewelry made entirely in Italy? Absolutely. Every single Maison Bax creation comes to life in our workshop in Vicenza, a world center of goldsmith excellence. We don't just assemble; we melt the gold, set the stones by hand, and finish every detail in-house, guaranteeing true "Handmade in Italy" quality.
What materials do you use for your creations? We use exclusively 18-karat gold (750/1000) in Yellow, White, Rose, and our exclusive Black Gold variants. Our stones—diamonds (including black and brown), rubies, sapphires, and emeralds—are all natural and selected by our gemologists for purity, color, and cut.
Is the jewelry accompanied by a certificate? Certainly. Every Bax piece is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity that attests to the gold purity, the type and carat weight of the set precious stones, as well as the "handmade" guarantee.
What does it mean that the jewelry is "hand-polished"? Unlike industrial production, our artisans polish every piece manually using specific brushes and pastes. This slower, more accurate process gives the gold a deep, long-lasting brilliance that no machine can replicate.
2. SIZE GUIDE AND CUSTOMIZATIONS
How do I choose the correct ring size? On every ring product page, you will find our Size Guide. If you have any doubts, we recommend measuring the internal diameter of a ring you already wear. As we are an artisan workshop, we can create half sizes or specific custom sizes upon request.
Can I request a customization? Yes. The beauty of having an in-house workshop is flexibility. We can create the same model in different gold colors (e.g., a rose gold ring instead of yellow) or add a personalized engraving (dates, names, initials) where space permits. Contact us before purchasing to check feasibility.
Is it possible to create a custom piece of jewelry starting from my own design? Maison Bax offers an exclusive Bespoke service. Contact our customer service team to tell us about your idea: our designers and goldsmiths will evaluate how to turn your dream into reality.
4. RETURNS AND JEWELRY CARE
Can I return the jewelry if I don't like it? We want you to fall in love with your Bax jewelry. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer free returns within 30 days of receipt, provided the jewelry is intact, unworn, and complete with original seals and certificates, except for the AURA collection, which is made to order.

Is the package recognizable? (I want to give a surprise) We ship in anonymous external packaging to ensure discretion and security. Inside, the jewelry will be housed in our elegant Maison Bax packaging, ready to be gifted.
How can I clean my Bax jewelry? To maintain the luster of the gold and the brilliance of the stones, we recommend soaking the jewelry in lukewarm water with a drop of mild soap and gently brushing it with a soft-bristled toothbrush. Avoid direct contact with perfumes, creams, and harsh chemicals.
